Public Notice ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE OF VARIANCE Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board of the Township of South Shenango will be held at the township building, 6865 Collins Road, Jamestown, PA 16134 at 6 p.m. on Sept. 2, 2025 to hear the request for variance of David Stroup, Owner of 6062 Davis Drive, Jamestown, PA 16134, Parcel Numbers 4704-047-106-107, zoned LR-Lake Residential District. Said request for variance is to allow construction of a roof over a patio within the required setbacks and over the lot coverage maximum, which is not permitted under the South Shenango Township Zoning Ordinance.
